Seriously, who doesn’t love a workout that is quick and requires zero equipment? (I dare say, nobody.) Not only does this push-up/squat couplet workout feature two of my favorite exercises, it is also perfect for sneaking in at a lunchtime session at the office or while dinner is cooking. (Like almost everyone, time for my workouts during the week is sometimes hard to come by, so I plan on doing this baby during lunch today!) And, since it requires no equipment, it can be done anywhere!
Feel free to do either standard push-ups or push-ups on your knees, and if you want an extra challenge hold something weighted during the squats. That can be anything from work binders to cans of tomatoes to your favorite kettlebell! Start by doing 21 push-ups, followed by 21 squats. Do a set of 15, then 9, and then work your way back up to 21. Hope you enjoy!
